i think you will need new valves if pulley come loose.timing marks on end of cams a slot on each cam ,the flats have to be level with the head,i use a piece of flat old ally bar for this.

7mm socket and ratchet
7mm wrench
10mm socket
screw driver or panel removal tool (for push rivets)
