THE CVT?
you lost your stick? (context?)
I found only a plug.? sure.
do you think, it even had one, then looked and it missing,
hark, many dont have one. did you read the operators guide.
if it skips A/T fluid checks that means , it dont have one.
try stating what you saw, then ask a question, or all this gets to be
dog chasing tail.
CVT -II???
4x4 or 4x2 car>? we cant guess this.
2.0 or 2.4 liter engine. (trans, can be diff. by engine size, on all cars)

here it is, do you see a stick here? NO!
now why?
because folks guess, and blow up transmissions on cars IN WARRANT, is why. a nice $4000 blunder.
wrong fluids or overfilled (not reading simple instructions in the oper guide and fail big time) this is nothing new, some cars now
only have a
side plug on the trans case, no tube at all.
to learn more, get the FSM on your car and read the transmission chapter. or log in to alldata.com and read same chapter.
i suspect the dealer has a special tool to do this.
in fact , a real FSM would even show it and show the factory spec. part number .
did you crack the seal?
