1989 Pontiac Bonneville Left hand turn signal blinks, right hand does not. The bulbs are all working on the right side, just won't flash. I cannot find the flasher but not so sure that is it since the left turn signal works.

Only the bulb is linked with those seperate items the bulb runs both blinker and hazard normally one goes both go when u have tufrn signal on inside if u hear it flashing fast its ur bulb
Has the car been in a fender bender ? check for wiring going to the front and rear lights to see if on has rubbed into a ground wire or the body. ( even if there has been no accident.)
