Have a 2011 Hyundia Santa Fe, the front map lights no longer come on when the doors are open. The two lights turn on with both "on" buttons. Can and how do you replace just the "door" button?
The back dome light comes on when the doors open, but the front quit. I made sure the "door" button was press on.

Pull the light bulb. It's easier and it won't disable any other circuits.
Really. The fuse may also power your tail lights, or dash lights, etc.
Sounds like the problem is in the dome light fixture itself.
Nonsense. I just programmed a new remote start fob on my 2011 Santa Fee limited and it worked just great. Follow the steps below and see what happens. 1. Open the drivers side door 2. Turn the Vehicle ignition to the ON position (Do not start the vehicle) 3. Locate the disarm/program button. (look closely, it is located on the wiring harness just inside the lower dash. it could be located just inside the fuse cover.) 4. Press and hold the disarm/programming button for 10 to 15 sewconds, the horm will beep 3 times. Release the disarm/programming button. 5. On the fob, press the Find/Panic button One time and the horn will beep one time. 6. Turn off vehicle ignition. (YOUR DONE)
I believe this system on your vehicle is still under warranty. Call your nearest Hyundai Dealership's Service Department & look into it. There's a very good chance you can get this problem diagnosed and repaired under warranty.
hi from uk if your front and rear fogs are of the same specification as uk models of hyundai ? these front and rear fogs although the switches are on these lamps will not operate till you turn headlight on dip beam reason being that if weather conditions req fogs on then you should have rear and front side light and head lights on however if you inadvertently forget to switch front or rear fogs off when you turn other lights off when parking car ? you will/should hear the warning bleep as you open drivers door as you would if side/rear lights are still switched on ? hope this helps?
check area at brake pedal to make sure switch is in place and the little rubber bumper is in place for the switch to push into to turn off brake lights. if all that checks ok push on switch to feel it click. you may have a bad switch.
well there are two ways to solve this. you can either A let uhaul install one. not that pricey and pretty good or B buy one and use the instruction
