How do I replace the timing belt?

Put engine on TDC compression stroke. Remove all that is in the way. Lock cams in place with special tool or use rags on non-machined part of cams. Remove belt tensioner, remove and replace belt per instructions that come with new belt. Install new tensioner, unlock cams, reassemble. For better instructions, buy a cheap shop manual that will have photos and torque specs.

I have a toyota the need a timing belt

The belt should be replace at 90,000 miles on the V6. The water pump should also be replaced as it is driven by the cam belt. The procedure to replace the belt and water pump is far too complicated to try and explain on this forum. You need photos and detailed instruction. If you wish to tackle this yourself I suggest you purchase a Chilton's repair manual for you car. It will have detailed instructions with photos of how to replace the cam belt and water pump.
