GMOS-LAN Interface module, It seems this is the issue. Can I use an A/M GMOS-LAN Interface module with an OE radio??
SOURCE: radio speaker problem
If thats the only speaker inop, I would say either the speaker is faulty or there is a wiring problem between the radio and speaker
SOURCE: when opening door with car off static comes from
Check the speaker wiring in that door and the rubber tunnel going between the door and post. likely the wire is chaffed and grounding Noise will show up in all speakers when that happens.

buy a noise suppressor, you can get it at any audio store

check wiring on passengers side near the rear hatch speaker, the rear door speakers are run through them also. i had the same problem and it was a unplugged connector at that location
