Where is the fuse for the dvd screen on a 2005 chevrolet venture

On the battery there is a plus sign + and the cable is red. The fuse box sits on the negative side of the box. The negative cable is black has a minus sign - and the lead from minus bolts to the bodywork.

If your front windows work, it is not the fuse (same fuse used). More likely, either the motors have seized or the mechanism has never been properly lubricated so the mechanism itself is frozen.

Try this push down on brake pedal while you push in or wiggle the hazard switch.If the brake lights come on then that means you turn signal switch is faulty.

This is battery direct. power all the time.

should be passenger front dashboard open door and where glovebox is to the right pretty much flush with door if your sitting in seat look to your right by door but on dashside..

possible switch maybe both motors are bad get a meter or test light check for power and ground at the switch and at the motor

Don't see how one would blow the fuse an not the other . The remote function is controlled by the BCM - body control module or vehicle interface . Regardless ,the module an the switch on the steering wheel both energize the horn relay ! Do you know what a relay is an how it works ?

I would check directly behind the outlet first, it sounds like the movement over the years may have caused the pos, and neg wires to un sheath, and touch. Then, if possible, trace back from there to power source, shouldn't be too awful to locate. Hope all goes well.
