crank is 105ft lb final torque connecting rod is 40 ft lb final torque. you can check on auto zone libary

you should be about 16ft lbs.

Get an acetylene torch - you will need it to loosen all of the rusted bolts. Remove the bolts holding the manifold to the head. Slide theold gasket out and slide the new one in. Insert the bolts and torque them to spec . . . Voilla!! All finished!!!

The Jaguar chrome strip is magnetic. Simply lift one corner with a sharp object (e.g. wood chisel) and pull it up carefully. This will reveal several Torque screws. Undo the Torque screws and you will be able to complete the job. Good luck.
