Cigarette lighter fuse is in the trunk, left side, fuse #20 , yellow one.
Chevy Malibu Classic The fuse for the cigarette lighter and outlet is in the black box under hood in front of driver, location #34 replaced with #20 yellow fuse

No power to lighter port 2004 chevy malibu

if used often maybe its burned out but first remove the wire in the center and test it for power.if done properly with a test light you can reach into the lighter and test the center be careful not to touch sides.

Power door locks on a 2004 chevy tahoe don't work

The door locks on my 1999 tahoe stopped working and I checked the fuse, which was fine. The problem turned out to be that the fuse for my cigarette lighter was bad and for some reason it also must be working in order for the door locks to work. Put in a new cigarette lighter fuse and the door locks worked again!
