We do not have the fues box diagram for this model, sorry. I suggest you try to locate a used owners manual on eBay motors which does contain the diagram.

if you go to the library you can find a book for your car and photo copy the diagram for the fuse box.

YOU CAN PULL EVERY FUES WITH NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS WONT TAKE BUT 5MINS OR SO YOU MIGHT FIND OTHER ONES BLOWN..SOMETIMES IF ALL FUES ARE GOOD THE LIGHTER SOCKET GOES BAD OR THE LIGHTER GOES BAD

There are 3 fuse boxes located on a 1996 Astro Conversion.

1) Under Dash 2) Under Hood 3) In Rear Side Panel [Drivers side] just behind Rear Captains Chair

4) Fourth exists on a Hi-Top Coversion inside upper doors next to Dvd/Vcr/Tv compartments
