These are the 'C' Codes specific to Toyota.

from what I can find the code 59 is related to the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) bank 2 sensor 1
try this
search -- toyota 1zz engine fault code 59 and see what comes up
there are sites for toyota fault code 59 but try to be specific first

those fault codes require the proper toyota spec air bag diagnostic reader to clear any air bag fault codes

maybe some other sensor is throwing a new code
air bag code readers can say what else is throwing a code

For a Toyota, it indicates a startability problem, it is a very vague diagnostic troubleshoot code and therefore not component specific.

Components to check, Crank Shaft Position sensor, Spark Plugs, MAF sensor, fuel pump... etc.

Generally speaking code 21 for Toyota is a problem with the O2 sensor circuit. It could be the sensor or the wiring back to the computer.

If any of these are wrong it may be due to the fact that you did not give a specific year Toyota.
