Rear wheel bering R/R 1995 legasy L

That can vary greatly between vehicle types, models, and years. Front wheel, rear wheel, all-wheel, and 4-wheel drive all matter as well. In order to even begin to assist you we need to know the year, manufacturer, model, body type, and transmission/drive type (2WD/4WD/AWD) of the vehicle.

Remove wheel remove brake and caliper then remove and replace the bearing not a real hard job. Just be patient.

take the wheel out and make cure the Bering wheel is good

probably a bad wheel bering letting the disc touch the caliper,
probably needs an new wheel bearing,
maybe adjustable but I doubt it

Axles are not moving independently. Spider gear locked up in rear end.
