Most likely just jarred the coil wire out. Check that the coil wire is all the way into the coil.

Start the car and lift up the coil inserts from the spark plugs one by one. By doing so if the engine does not stall that cylinder has a problem. The problem may be due to the defective igniter, fuel injector, high tension cord, weak cylinder compression or a distributor assembly. Some models have distributor less ignition system.
To check the igniter check the 12V at the input lead which is entering the igniter amplifier in the distributor and the output voltage at the spark plug wire. If it is so the igniter is ok. If it is not starting at all or is giving intermittent problem, replace the distributor assembly.

if not, then we insert the diagnostic jumper to the DLC port
OBD1 ECU, back in 92. (old systems)
then crank for 5 seconds
then release key
then watch the ECU tell you why it fails to make sparks.

the cmp sensor instigates spark. think of dummer boy in band
then the ECU sees that and creates all spark.
via the IGNITOR, the IGNitor charges the spark coil and BAM
spark , if the cmp (sensor) or ignitor fails the ecu sees that

It is possible that if you replaced the distributor, you simply have the plugs in the wrong firing order. Another possibility is that you need new spark plugs, wires, plugs, distributor rotor and possibly a distributor cap. A long shot problem is the ignition coil, but since you have spark in one plug, it is unlikely.

Did you check your fuse box inside the vehicle.

1. Bad or fouled Spark Plug at #1 Cylinder.
2. Bad or misfiring Wire going from the #1 on the Distributor/Electronic Ignition Coil to the #1 Cylinder.
3. Misfiring at the #1 on the Distributor/Electronic Iginition Coil.

a. Unplug the #1 Wire at the #1 on the Distributor/Electronic Ignition Coil.
b. Using an Auto electrical testing: Probe, wire and ground clip electrical, stick the Probe into the opening at the #1 Distributor/Electronic Ignition Coil. Use the grounding clip - clipped to a portion on the engine.
c. Start the Vehicle and check for rhythmic spark.
d. If there is NOT rhythmic spark, the Distributor/Electronic Ignition Coil needs to be replaced.
e. Turn off the engine.
f. If there is rhythmic spark: Reconnect the #1 Wire at #1 on the Distrubutor/Electronic Igntion Coil.
g. Disconnect the #1 Wire from the #1 Spark Plug.
h. Again using an Auto electrical testing: Probe, wire and ground clip. Insert the Probe into the end of the #1 Wire and clip the ground clip onto the engine.
i. Start the engine again.
j. Again Check for rhythmic spark.
k. If there is NOT rhythmic spark the #1 Wire needs to be replaced. (Replace all Wires as a Set).
l. If there is rhythmic spark then the #1 Wire is fine.
m. Turn off the engine,
n. Remove and Inspect the #1 Spark Plug. Clean if necessary and Regap.
o. Reinstall the Spark Plug and reconnect the #1 Wire.
p. Restart the engine.
q, If the code reappears:
r. Replace all the Spark Plugs.

If you car will not start on starting fluid, you either have no spark, or you have a bad timing belt. Have the timing checked on the belt, and, if it is OK, you may need to look at the distributor, the ignition coil and the ignitor.

i want say NO.
If the coil not working engine cant run but if you see one cylinder not working but the and engine raining rough and poor it can be plug cable which from distributor to the spark plug or my be distributor cover.
if not all that it can be spark plug if not that it can be cylinder head valves.
