You have leaking spark plug grommet/seals under the valve cover, and most likely being a 91, also have leaking cam tower o-rings. The first is just a matter of replacing the valve cover gasket set. The second requires removal of the cam tower/rocker arm shaft assy. to access the o-ring seals between them and the head. If you are not an experience mechanic, I do not recommend doing this yourself. It is easy to damage parts and bend valves if you don't seat it properly.

Sounds like your car needs a tune-up, specifically, the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve, and/of the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve.

Components checked/replaced during a tune-up are:
air filter
motor oil
motor oil filter
breather filter
fuel filter(s)
fuel strainer
PCV valve
EGR valve
spark plugs
spark plug wires
ECM or distributor cap & rotor
cabin air filter
transmission oil filter
transmission oil
engine coolant
check all vacuum hoses and lines

Ffluid in my spark park chamber

If the fluid is engine oil ( most likely) then the seals on the spark plug tubes have failed. they are part of the valve cover gasket. If you don't fix it then the tubes can fill with enough oil to stop the sprark plug(s) from firing.

1999 1500 gmc savana wont start, it ran great, parked and now in the am it did not start...amp is good but oil gauge is low, we already add oil to it, it needed 2 qts...please help

May I ask how long since the last oil change? 2 quarts low is some serious oil loss. You are going to have to do some basic troubleshooting. Start by checking for blown fuses. Next, check to see if you are getting spark to the spark plugs. If you're getting spark, then check for fuel delivery. Do this by cranking the engine with the starter for a few seconds. Then pull one spark plug and see if it is wet with fuel. Let me know what you find and we will go from there. Good luck.

1991 Buick Park Avenue Ultra dies while driving. replaced crank sensor, coil pack wiring harness. oil pressure guage flies back & forth

It is most likely a sensor. It is common in these. You may check them with an ohmmeter.
You may also test relays the same way.

A vehicle needs gas and spark to run. One of them is not getting to motor. You can check fuel pressure on test port on fuel rail for fuel.
You can pull off a spark plug, plug it back into wire, lay it on top of motor, have someone else crank, while you watch for spark, Put back in, move to next plug wire.

1999 cadillac catera there is oil in the spark plug hole why is that. it was running when it was parked, I was changing the ignition switch.everything seems to be fine, it turns over but will not start.

oil in the spark plug hole means that you need new valve cover gaskets. replace valve cover gaskets and change spaekplugs and the car may start.

1991 sentra 2dr 1.6 L rough idle in park and in drive at stop

Sounds like misfire. Change spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor , fuel and air filters. Check for oil in spark plug holes. if oil found change valve cover gasket spark plug orings. they can leak oil into spark plug holes and cause misfire.
