it has bumper side lights. is that it?

in this case front left, bumper side light , helps the helper best.

i open my opr, guide to page 5-53 it says
remove the 2 screws on the lens, take off lens, behold
a lamp to change,
it's done with the assembly out from rear, twist lock turned from rear
the pull it and then take out the lamp. form said socket. (pulled)
down load the lost manual and keep it on a memory stick

Four or six cylinder engine and behind or front of the oil filter? Looked under my GV 2007 2.7 V6 and can not locate a shiny metal box next to the oil filter. Only thing that was shiny was the exhaust manifold and oil sump which are quite hard to break or puncture. If it was the oil sump you will have to remove it and get it welded as a bog will not hold on heated engine parts.

FUEL FILTER IS LOCATED IN THE PRIMARY FUEL TANK MODULE.
Its below the Dashboard, on the left side of your knee. You have to use a torch & locate it from under the Dashboard, Its roughly near to the Clutch Pedal.
Here, it looks like this:

The problem is that the ESP system is not active.
The ESP lamp normally is on for a few seconds after strating the engine - but must dissapear after a couple of seconds.
The failure is not critical but has to be repaired. Normally the failure is related to a defective ESP-controle box.
Be prepared - repair is expensive !!!!
