Your rear springs are probably the cause. Over time the springs get weak and cause the rear to sag. If you have independent suspension, which the 93 does, it will cause the tires to lean in a little. This will also cause the tires to prematurely wear on the inside. I think that car has leaf springs not coil springs. Your shocks are probably shot also, but that would not make it sag, that would just make the car very bouncy.

Easy Way to check and KNOW for yourself --- Look Under rear at Where wheels Connect see if it has a TIE ROD and See If it has struts of Shocks TIE RODS & OR Struts Take Alighnment Shocks do not

Check for leaks in the brake lines and calipers or brake cylinders. If leaking have it repaired right away its not safe. Change the brake fluid, take the old fluid out add new fluid or have it professionally done.

You can try rotating the spark plug boot a little bit-not even a 1/4 turn-to break the seal between the plugand the boot. Then pull the boot wire off with a pliers on the metal boot shield. Once the boot has beet rotated on the plug, the shield helps to remove it.
