IT COULD BE A FUSE ,IT COULD BE A RELAY TOO, BECAUSE IF IT IS NOT GETTING POWER TO THE SWITCH ON THE BRAKE PEDAL OR FROM THE COLUMN TO THE SWITCH, IT WILL NOT LET IT RELEASE, ITS ALSO POSSIBLE THE SWITCH IS BAD ON THE BRK PEDAL.
I'm afraid your transmission is in lock-up mode. Do the basics...check oil level and condition then try removing the battery negative terminal for 10 minutes then put it on let the car idle for 10minutes and then go for a drive to see. If problem still there then you;ll have to bring it to your local dealer for a transmission diagnostic.

your problem solution is check for the interior light fuses in the fuse box located mostly at the lower side on the dashbord at the corner incase of right hand or left hand drive vehicles
