SOURCE: where is the fuel pump on an 1993 nissan nx 1600?

NISSAN NX Coupe electric fuel pumps are almost always located inside the fuel tank, but there are some vehicles where the pump may be located along the frame rail or mounted to the body near the fuel tank. The fuel pump has a strainer at its inlet to filter out fuel tank contaminants.

SOURCE: I can't shift into reverse. All other 5 gears are

My VW is not shifting into reverse at all; I think a certain person was driving and mistakenly pressed the gear shifter down for all gears--reverse is the only gear you press the shifter down first in. Doesn't grind, 1 2 3 and 4 work but no reverse no reverse lights.
I've read several complicated (can't see scenario's) posts on screens and linkage and a cable fixed one guys problem but still no solutions.

SOURCE: nissan Altima 2006 automatic gear

This seems to be a common problem. Sometimes something like a pen or other items find their way to the shifter linkage and it can cause the linkage to bind preventing it going into park etc. Or you may have a bad shifter cable. Remove the housing around the shifter and see if anything did get in the way of the shifter. While the housing is of, move the selector up and down from park to drive. This will give you a better view of what is happening.

SOURCE: 2008 Nissan Altima won't shift gears while driving

If the RPM's Flare, youv'e gone too long without
recognizing a trans that slips

It will have to come out & be rebuilt, most likely.

Why will it not go into 5 gear,It will go in 1 thru 4 but when you let out on clutch, truck won move, it goes dead. Truck will roll in neutral ........ Thanks for any Help

Are you sure that you are selecting FIFTH or are you selecting REVERSE? A "smart" car will kill the engine if you shift into REVERSE while moving forward, to prevent you from breaking the transmission.

My 92 nissan nx 1600 is very hard to shift. the shop told me its the clutch bearings. is that correct?

Very possibly. It could also be worn clutch plates, a stretched clutch cable or a loose shift lever.

What refrigerant does the 1993 Nissan NX 1600 use?

Most vehicles of that age that ever developed a leak - were converted from the original R12 to R134a refrigerant.
You can see an informative video that describes the whole process here:

In my 1995 Nissan 200sx ser it doesn't wanna go in

Not sure about popping out of reverse. But 5th gear pop out is a problem on these, nissan never had a recall, but they offer a slightly altered version of the 5th gear that is available. Go read up at nissanforums there's a lot there, pics and all, even a petition to Nissan for everyone who's had the same problem, me included.

1986 nissan sentra. runs fine but hard to shift and now it feels like the engine jumps hard and throws it out of fifth gear. I pulled over checked things out and looked fine. Pulled back on the highway and...

Yeah you might need a new tranny. Not even replacing the fluids or changing the filter will help bc it would make it even worse by flushing away metal parts in your gears which would eventually cause slippage then failure.
