You need to replace the clutch and pressure plate --your clutch is worn out. Plus other parts like throw-out bearing ,pilot bearing and may even need the flywheel machined flat.
You need to take it to a shop or if you are mechanicaly minded could do it your yourself,

Turn the weels opposite the side you want to do, remove splitpin on tie rod end, loosen locknut half a turn, remove ball joint, remove old rubber and replace with new. Reverse whole process, and you're done. Marco 0736775896

if you're in a bind anything's better than nothing. it's best to stick with a certain brand though. Decide on a 10w-30 or 15w30, and stick with it. If not sure what has been in the engine before, change the oil and filter. If switching to a synthetic, definitely change the oil and then top off with the synthetic.
