Tyrns over, wont start, replaced rotor and cap. Still have no fire
Do you have a spark at the coil? Try pulling off the cable, and with somebody inside to crank the engine, check to see if there is a spark jumping from the center high-voltage terminal. If you have no spark, you may have a bad coil or bad electronic ignition module.
I have changed the whole distibutor that has a new coil and icm in it . I do have injector pulse with a noid light the coil does not spark but im not getting the flashing on the coil - to fire the coil . Has power with key on and cranking
Make sure the coil is grounded as it needs a good ground for operation.

You must do a compression test the timing belt may have jumped a tooth,if you are only getting 100 psi or more on one cylinder I would try lining up the timing marks on the lower crankshaft pully to pointer and ensure that the camshaft pulleys are pointing to the correct line up marks get a repair manual to locate these marks on the engine and procedure to check, without more information I really am limited on how much I can help you.

I like to make sure the timing belt is not skipped or broken by watching the cam turn inside the valve cover. Then I lay a spare spark plug on valve cover connected to any plug wire to see if it sparks. Fuel can be confirmed by smelling the exhaust, or by using starting fluid . These cars are famous for a coil relay solder break problem. The relay is heat expansion damaged, its mounted high up in the dash drivers side corner it is about 3" square gray.

Check compression and timing belt. If belt is ok and you have compression, check to see if you have a pulse at the injectors. You use a device called a NOID light (basically a light bulb that plugs into the injector plug. Unplug the injectors one by one and plug the light in then crank the engine. Light should blink on and off if the system is working properly. If not check for a bad crank sensor, blown injector fuse and wiring harness. Hope this helps.

U should check the position of your dist I had the same problem with my 95 coupe it has to be in the exact spot to work. Spin it over after u move it a mil from each spot it will turn a little when u get close to narrow it down
