How to diagnose / Test oxygen sensor http://youtu.be/-SuVs4T-c_I
Hi I assume this is a fuel injection vehicle and if so it sounds a lot like you have a throttle body problem or throttle sensor problem ,have you also checked that the fuel filter is not blocked, remove the fuel filter and blow thru it in the direction of flow and if your cheeks blow up while blowing thru the filter it is blocked or restricted -replace.
hope that helps .

700 is transmission control system malfunction. For now I'd concentrate on 108 which is M.A.P. sensor . Likely needs to be replaced but try cleaning connection at it first. Possibility that the transmission code, is an old one, or it's been tripped somehow by other problem, so unless it's experiencing shifting problems, I wouldn't get too worried about it right now. Once you've cleaned, or replaced MAP sensor, disconnect battery for a minute or so, re-attach, & try it and see how it works. Keep me posted.

The stalling and stopping sounds like the FUEL FILTER. My 84 Reliant was doing the same thing to me. And as soon as i replaced that... The car ran perfect.
i would suggest making sure you have proper level of coolant in it and maybe go with a lower temp thermostat like a 140 or 160 degree
