You are throwing away money by replacing g parts that are likely just fine. Check for an ecu relay. My wife's 06 has an IPDM/ecu relay issue that will cause the vehicle to just die. It gets corrosion inside the contacts and cuts power to the computer. I had already purchased a spare for a couple dollars. Wife was close to home and car died, started back and was acting up. Swapped the relay in about 2 minutes and no issues since (several months now). Sometimes a small part can cause big problems. You can't just throw money at everything hoping to fix it. You need to do some research and troubleshooting.

My first guess would be a wiring problem in the engine compartment. Something is breaking contact when the engine moves back and forth.
Could be something around the battery or alternator, or a ground wire.

i think the computer chip in your key is bad or going bad.
You might have to replace the battery in the key or the chip depending what you have

sounds like the voltage regulator

do a diagnostic scan to obtain fault codes--cud hav a bad module--may want to purchase a service manual

take a closer look at the alternator... they are known to have cracked cases on the contour-mystique- cougar... sometimes hard to see but sounds like what your problem may be

i know you dont want to hear this, ck alternator output, if it is above 13.25 your are in business any lower replace it be sure alternator is wired correct on back
