Tip & How-To about 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager
Hello, and thank you for choosing fixya.com. This, to many, may seem like a rather unorthodox tip, however, I believe, as I practice it myself, is a very useful tip:
Parallel Parking: If you own a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE (or any vehicle with power side view mirrors).
When attempting to parallel park your minivan (or other (larger) vehicles), equipped with power mirrors, on the right hand side of the road - adjust the right side mirror so that it faces down so that you can see the curb (when you've reached this point) - This will help keep from scraping your tires on the curb, as well as making sure you are far enough in and reduce the number of times you have to pull forward and backward to get it right.
Remember, however, to adjust your mirror back to it's original state for driving, before exiting the vehicle so that you won't be distracted doing it while driving. It is also a good habit to check all your mirrors before driving; especially if more than one person drives the vehicle.
Thank you for choosing fixya.com, and I hope that is tip proves useful to you. Please let me know if you have any questions, comments and addtitions to this tip.
Again, thank you and have a great day!
