SOURCE: Noise (vibration) when turning right

That sounds like a left front wheel bearing gone bad My friend.. turning right transfers weight to the left side and it probably has a roar similar to a turbo fan jet.. Try it and lemmie know.. thank you

SOURCE: frame vibration at 30-35 mph and again at 60-70

Find a tire shop that has a HUNTER GSP 9700 road force balancer. this puts a load on the tire and will find a bad tire, or rim, and it will tell the operator where the tire should be orientated on the wheel for best run out. If its a tire/wheel problem this will find it. Call a high end tire store or dealer and ask if they have one.

Beginning at 50 - 60 mph, now get light front-end vibration with both old and new tires.

the wheels probably need balancing, take it to your local tyre depot and they can do it for you.

Sounds like a bad spark plug, spark plug wire. Probably the spark plug wire. They usually act that way when load is applied. It may misfire under light load and not at idle. Try plugs and wires.

My 1989 Chevey Celebrity started shaking the other day the front part of the car, not like the front end is messed up but it shakes.

Could be a wheel, tire, or axle shaft.
You could rotate the tires front to back and see if the vibration moves.
If it does the problem is one of the tires or wheels.
If it stays in the front, its probably one of the axle shafts. It could also be a hub bearing or something loose in the suspension. But a loose suspension part would normally show up when you hit a bump rather than on a smooth road.

Driving from 60 mpg to 70 mpg the car vibrates

I have the same problem on a Prius 2013 which is new. I've had it to the dealer many times. Front tires were replaced. Tires were balanced several times. Toyota says this is normal. I had a 2008 Prius which did not have this problem. No way is this normal to have the car vibrate and shudder between 60 & 70. Above 70 it smooths out. I like to drive at 65 and that is where the vibration is the worst. I can feel it in the steering wheel, the seat and the floor. My GPS on the dash shakes back and forth

Vibration from about 40-60 mph is usually attributed to wheel balancing, but the onset when you hit a bump seems to indicate play in the steering linkages (tie rods etc) or suspension members and stabiliser bar rubbers but you had that all checked out, that brings us back to the wheel balancing.
