You may need a shop manual for this one.
Code 1309 is for the missfire monitor being disabled. The computer can not detect a missfire because it is not getting enough data from the sensors.
Sometimes the cam sensor is the problem but it would need to be tested to find out. Sometimes the problem is the engine computer.

P1309 ignition misfire

This should be a Ford engine - so according to the RangerStation website, the code is for the cam position synchronizer sensor is not installed correctly or not working. The sensor is telling the computer the cam timing is off.
You may need a book or internet search to test it and repair it.

Engine code p1309 P/S advice on repair

The definition of this code is:
P1309 Engine Misfire Detection Monitor not enabled

It's a problem with the detection circuitry, not a detection of a engine misfire condition. I found this quickly on the net:
Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1309 indicates Misfire Detection Monitor is not enabled.

Breakout box installed, PCM disconnected. Connect digital multimeter between PCM test pin 85 and test pins 51 or 103. Bump engine in short burst with the starter without starting engine for at least 10 engine revolutions. Answer this question: Does digital multimeter reading switch between low (less than 2.0 volts DC) and high (greater than 8.0 volts DC)?

If Yes, Verify correct installation by referring to the Powertrain/Engine Group in the Workshop Manual. If the CMP is installed properly, REPLACE PCM. RESTORE vehicle. RERUN Quick Test.

If no, REPLACE CMP sensor. RESTORE vehicle. COMPLETE Misfire Monitor Repair Verification Drive Cycle. RERUN Quick Test.

The CMP sensor is the Camshaft Position Sensor.

My car have problen code P1309 plz help me

HI, The P1309 can be set due to a couple of problems the common being the CPS camshaft position sensor failed. There are other components that can cause this code to set including the ECT engine coolant temp, MAF mass air flow, CKP crank shaft position. There are no simple test that can be done at home but this code is usualy quick to diagnose for a good tech.
