Does my 88 camero iroc z have drain holes in t tops

First thing start simple. Check the fuses. If everything checks out ok with the fuses check the fusible link. It is located about an inch away from the connectors on the starter. Can you start the car? If it doesnt start the issue is most likely the fusible link. It is soldered inline with the wire and if there is any short most likely from a wire touching the exhaust and melting it will trip the fusible link instead of frying everything in your car.
