Im trying to figure out if my car needs new braking fluid, new rotor, or something with the tires. I hear a loud humming noise after passing 30 mph and it only gets louder as I go on. besides the noise the car runs fine. shifts on time. it breaks perfectly, makes good turns and it doesn't smell like burning. I have no clue what it could be

Try replacing the front end wheel baring(s) If it is a roar that you can hear resonating from the windows, this is most likely it.

You have a hub/wheel bearing going out. You need to jack up the vehicle on each side. Grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to move it in/out at the top and bottom. If this does not work then roll the wheel as fast as you can and see if you can hear which one it is. Good Luck.
SOURCE: Screeching noise coming from driver side tire
The high pitch sound may come from the brake pads as metal parts hit the disc to signal the owner that it needs change. The metal parts gets exposed when the pads have worn out. The brake also has a hub to cover the disc. See if the metal plate is hitting it but this issue would appear when the wheels are in motion. Check if it is the belts, have the tension checked out. Other than that the bearings are the other items on your wheel that could cause a high pitched sound when you car is in motion.
