Great Finding!! Found solution to this problem. This car is alarm by COBRA ALARM SYSTEM. It is from the ignition car key remote control.

    i) Open up the cover - Change the remote control battery.

ii) clean the (small) remote control circuit board contact, re-solder the contact if needed.

iii) Close back the cover - Insert back the key to start the engine.

iv) When you turn your car key - YOU will notice the "amber indicator" stop blinking. Good Job!!

Start the engine & keep moving.

Look closely at the cover. You will see a small slot. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver, and pry it off. Very easy..

P0420 indicates you have a catalyst efficiency issue; replacement of the Air-Fuel Sensor should take care of that;
The P0441, P0446 and (I assume P0440); you said 446 twice, indicates a faulty or loose fuel cap; it is not sealing properly.
Please feel free to respond to me if you have any further questions.
A FixYa rating from you regarding my assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Check your transmission fluid level asap. if the level is good, you will need to inspect the shift solenoids located inside the transmission pan. replace any solenoids that are proven to be faulty. i would also advise to test the pcm/tcm for its operational value as well. this device controls the shifting patterns of the auto trans.

while checking the solenoids, if you notice any metal fragments on the bottom of the pan, this will be a sign of major gear friction. you should re build in this case.

P0171 lean code. Clean the maf sensor. A f sensor is inthe exhaust pipe.

SOURCE: what causes white smoke exhaust system 1998 toyota camry v6

The likely cause is coolant leaking into the cylinders due to a failed head gasket. You should be losing some coolant and need to top it up so check the level. You will also find that coolant is finding its way into the lubrication system and "contaminating" the oil.
Remove the dip stick to check the oil and if you can see a whitish substance in the oil you have coolant in the lubrication system which is is leaking through the failed head gasket.
You may also see traces of oil in the vehicles cooling system so look there also.
The only fix for this problem, once properly diagnosed, is to have the head removed from the engine and a new head gasket fitted. The head would also need to be checked carefully in case of cracking and in any event would most likely need to be machined by a head specialist before being refitted.

The `cause of the failure is unknown but if the vehicle has ever been operated with an overheated engine (due to problems with the cooling system) this is enough to blow the head gasket and to potentially damage the head on the engine.

Not good news I'm afraid so please get it checked out and properly diagnosed with a reputable auto repair business.

I have an '09 toyota camry and the navigation system won't work, tried to hard start the system by disconnecting the battery but it still won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I think you will need to access the Nav System with a professional
scanner or scan tool & then use manufacture trouble charts, to even know what the system is supposed to do, & how to diagnose it

Hopefully a repair shop, if they want the job, otherwise blow out

1998 toyota camry won't reverse and hesitating in drive

This could be a fault with the shift valve, hopefully just requiring cleaning. This is accessible with the trans pan removed, best done on a hoist.

Ran out of gas, now car won't start 1998 Toyota Camry

It's quite possible that as you basically ran out of fuel some dirt may have passed through from the fuel tank into the fuel line and into the filter. There is alway dirt/debris in the tank. You may need to clean out the fuel pipes and replace the fuel filter. If you don't have a filter, the dirt may have blocked on of the carburettor jets, that will need to be stripped down, cleaned and replaced.

My camry car 1998 model stops always anytime I entered into water or rain after about 20 minutes it will work without any repair

sounds like the shroud that goes under the car is missing and water is getting up to the distributor. if it gets wet along with many of the other electrical connections the car won't run until they dry out
