I've got an 02 Deville as well, there is also one under the back seat (that's where your battery is too)

    There are alot of fuses in both boxes that will apply to the same systems (lighting, heat, air, etc)

Are you looking at the fuse box under the hood? Not there. Remove the back seat bottom (really easy) and you will find one or two different fuse boxes there. The diagram for the radio fuse location is located on the bottom of the cover. Hope this helps you.
