It turns over but it is not getting spark ma-by it is a relay that I can't find
not sure I have fuel pressure it fuel rail when I turn key on but it won't fire hope some one can help thank you

Well there is no shutoff relay, but there is a fuel pump relay that powers the pump. I would check it first. The computer grounds the relay for 3 seconds when you crank the engine to boost fuel pressure. Once the engine starts the pump is powered only if you have oil pressure.
no, not likely. And a dry hose is a good sign, but a hose wet with gas is a sure sign of a failed pressure regulator. Your problem may be the pump not priming the fuel system. Here's how it is supposed to work: when you turn the key to on, computer will signal the fuel pump relay to turn on for about two seconds, and without a cranking signal from the engine, computer will then turn the pump off. When key is turned to crank, the computer will then turn pump back on-when engine is cranking or running, the pump is on continuously. But just turning the key to on, you should hear the pump run for about two seconds, and that will pressurize the fuel system. At those times when it doesn't want to start, you should test the fuel pressure to see if the fuel rail is pressurized. If no pressure or low pressure, diagnose the wiring at the fuel pump relay. The relay is very simple- 4 prongs, 2 on the power side, and 2 on the coil side. The power side has a hot at all times wire and then the wire going to the pump. The coil side of the relay has a wire from the engine computer, and the other coil side wire is a ground. When the coil side is energtized by the wire from the computer, the relay is switched on and will pass power from the hot wire to the pump. So if the pump doesn't come on briefly to prime the system, the computer may not be signalling the relay, or there is a wiring problem around the relay. Good luck. You might just try a different relay-maybe yours is sticky and not responding.
spark plugs are deep in the head yet you should get all the the old fuel out first, stale fuel wont ignite and will also clogg fuel filter. you need a mix of atleast 70% new fuel even then its not good for the injecters. If its a manual gearbox a tow start is a quick fix although no go for auto's. cant be much wrong if car was fine when parked, plugs-fuel-filter and possibly fuel pump for sure. If that doesnt fix take plug out put in lead and crank engine to be sure you have spark even just put any plug you know works in lead leaving your plugs in engine just to check for spark y turning over engine looking for spark on plug good spark will be blue but any spark is good.
MAKE SURE DISTRIBUTOR CAP ,ROTOR, SPARKPLUGS AND WIRES, OKAY IF ALL HAS BEEN REPLACED.IF NOT GETTING SPARK PROBLEM COULD BE IGNITION COIL FAULTY, ASD RELAY FAULTY,DISTRIBUTOR WITH CAMSHAFT SENSOR FAULTY OR YOU HAVE FAULTY PCM. CODE SCAN VECHICLE FOR FAULT CODE, IF YOU ARE GETTING SPARK PROBLEM IN THE FUEL SYSTEM, CHECK FUEL PUMP RELAY AND FUSE MAKE SURE FUEL FILTER BEEN CHANGED AND FUEL PRESSURE IS 39 - 41 PSI. CHECK FOR FUEL SPARK SEE WHAT GOING ON, VECHICLE NEEDS FUEL OR SPARK TO RUN IF ONE NOT WORKING ENGINE WILL NOT START.
Fuel pressure at idle is normally 30-35psi. Start by taking the gas cap off, and putting it back on. That will De-pressurize
the fuel system. Also, make sure you have gas in the car. I have seen gauges on these cars read wrong. I hope this helps.
install a fuel pump guage and check pressure at key on and start, it should hardly vary, it the pressure is constant check the injector signal with a noid light, while you are at it check spark(no spark no injector signal) you won't find a relay fuse
First, re-check your repair to make sure it has not come apart. Check to see if the pump is running and pump relay is working. I'm pretty sure that your filter is incorperated into the fuel pressure regulator on top of the pump assembly..If the filter is not on the frame rail near the left rear wheel, that's where you will find it.check that you have proper flow and pressure. Your problem sounds like a possible plugged filter. Don't forget that aside from fuel, you need spark as well. Make a quick check there to make sure you're not looking for the wrong problem. An easy way to check is to squirt carb cleaner into the throttle body while cranking. If engine starts, problem is on the fuel side.
