Get a second person to pull bonnet catch and you push up and down on the bonnet whilst catch is being pulled. 1, cable possibly stretched, 2, look at bonnet catch under the coloum to see if wire is attached, 3, try and lie under car and look up the back of the bulkhead to see the catch and release it manually. Hope that helps.

there is a cable under the hod you need to grab and it is likely you will not know what to look for so save you self some migrane meds and take it over to the dealer pay a mechanic on his break 10 bucks to open the hood they can do it in 20 secs or if you are luckey look under the dash where the hood release is and see if you can see the end of the cable if yes grab it with a pair of plyers and pull if hood opens or cable doesnt mode than well it fell of and you now have a new problem that is still dealer related

1. Put the car inside a garage where the temperature is above +5 Celsius degree, and wait for one hour for thawing the bonnet locking mechanism. 2. Spray an antifreeze product into the key hole of the bonnet locking mechanism in order to thawing it. Try again to release the catch. 3. Flush some warm water upon the bonnet locking mechanism in order to thawing it. Try again to release the catch. 4. Spray also some WD-40 product into the key hole of the bonnet locking mechanism in order to release the catch. Try to slowly turn the key to the right to open the bonnet. Don't force the ignition key!
