try key in door,unlock/hold over,windows will go down,then lock/hold over,windows will go up,then press/hold unlock button on remote for 30 secs,this will reset immobiliser.

More than likely the stater motor is knackered,but if it's a manual drive you should be able to push start,in second gear.

Check starter motor, give it a smack with a hammer, might turn over after that, this is a sign the stater motor brushes are most likely worn out. Or and check ignition switch below the ignition barrel.

Sounds like a problem with the anti-theft system. Could have an aftermarket or factory system added.
Normally the horn blows too.

STARTER WONT ENGAGE ONLY CLICKS UNDER HOOD STATER

If the clicking sound is coming from the engine bay, from the relay, you may want to have the starter itself checked out. You need to check if the ground cable from the engine to the chassis is secured. If that is OK, you may want to have the starter motor checked.

the key has to be programed for this circuit. you should try jumpering the soilnod then see if stater motor runs.then if this is true check the control ckt. that energizes the starter solinod.
