it couldnt be a belt but i will try.. i got advice from a pro and i was told check my connections and all of the grounds. as you know it has a floating ground system, they say a spark could have back fired throught on of the grounds. it couldnt be a belt but i will try.. i got advice from a pro and i was told check my connections and all of the grounds. as you know it has a floating ground system, they say a spark could have back fired throught on of the grounds.

If problem with wiring circuit somewhere, replacing parts won't fix it. if starter motor refuses to crank, did you try cranking in neutral? Is this an automatic tranny?
When problem is ongoing do the dash lites work? Do any of your electricals work?
Sounds to be internal voltage regulator in alternator failing. To verify this, have engine running and disconnect black negative wire from battery. If engine shuts off, replace alternator.
So everything was fine before you changed the battery and then after you installed the new battery the car wont start? Did you double check that the battery was the correct model for your car? Did you check that the battery cables and connectors are still in good shape (clean, tight, no signs of damage, fraying, or over-heating). Did you check that the battery came fully charged? Check the connections at the battery, starter, and engine block (ground).
either battery or alternator are the most likely causes
if you jump it and it doesnt die-but requires another jump next time you start it-most likely the alternator is not charging the battery and needs replaced
hi there the things to check are do you have a spark at the plugs?
do you have compression ?
are the cam shafts turning?
is the cam belt intact?
this are all needed to make the engine run it will turn over great but not start with this things not working infact if the last 3 are not there it will sound diffrent when you are turning it over with the key.
