next time if working on cars use the cell cam, to document order of lines. or marke them with tape. R/F , L/F etc.(both ends)
that way , no guessing later, even 1 year later.

The Jeep 4.0 takes appx 5 quarts of engine oil.

Personally, I'd use 10 W 30 or 40. along with an additive like marvel or lucas. Or, change over to a good synthetic. don't use cheap oils...they generally are paraffin based and cause sludge.

On a high mileage engine you should use 10w 30 NORMAL oil not synthetic.

the trans fluid is normally added in the tube where the dipstick is found. on the right or left side toward the rear of the engine.
