Hi, tranny will work ok for a while, but then will loose most of the traction,revolutions star to jump and it becomes realy slow , shut down engine , restart and its back to normal for a while, o/d light flashes and "check transmission" message appears on screen, if you know what the problem is please let me know.
The problem is you need to take the vehicle an have it checked ! DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's stored in the transmission control module > Nothing you can do or should do , Take it to a qualified repair shop.

Its a faulty sensor switch on your brakes master cylinder. It leaks brake fluid into the wires that are plugged into it and causes a short in the circuit, resulting in a blown fuse that controls the AC, odometer, speedometer, cruise control, and ABS light to come on. You need to screw a bolt which is located under the steering column. Take off a panel under the steering column. Take a flush light look under and jiggle the shifter arm. There is a bolt (I think it's a star shaped so you need to buy it) connecting 2 parts of linkage. It will be loose. Screw it and shifter arm will be as new.
