look around under the dash area etc there should be a red or black push button. This is called the valet button. If you find this button turn the key to the on position and hold the button in the alarm should beep twice I believe and this turns the alarm off.

Here is the reset procedure:
1. Have the Valet Button in the OUT position. ( It is located on the dash panel left of the steering column)
2. Connect the battery - the alarm will sound.
3. Put the key in the ignition and turn to the ON position,
4. Push the Valet Button to the IN position.
The alarm will be reset, and the Valet Button will glow red.

Move the Valet Button to the OUT position again.
Repeat steps 3 & 4 and the Valet Button will become unlighted.
The car will start and everything will be fine.

You need to find the black push button called the valet button. That is the overide. Get in the car turn the key to IGN as the alarm is going off and then you have either 5 or 10 seconds to push that button once and then 2-5 seconds later the alarm is shut off. To put the car into valet mode which means no alarm at all you put the key to IGN push that button once then pull key out at which point the blue light should turn solid blue.

Or option two is you open a door and hit the lock, then unlock, then lock button again on the remote and the blue led will be solid which means no crazy alarm.

use the key to lock and then unlock the driver door, this should allow car to start,it shuts alarm off. if its aftermarket alarm system then locate the push button under the dash, its a little push button usaually red, turn key on and quickly push and release this button 4 to 5 times.

With the key sitting in the ignition but NOT on (not even accessories...the key is in in there but literally just about to fall out) push and hold the wrench button. Count 5 seconds, start the car while still pushing the wrench button and then push the min button on your clock. I am not sure but you can try two different things one lock and unlock the driver side door about 3 time then put the key in the ignition and try to start it, someone else said to remove one of the battery cables wait about twenty min. or so and replace it and try. If you do have to have the guy fix make sure he takes it out and gives it to you.
