Depending the style. Go to google. type in 1998 ford mustang fuse box diagram and search for images.
Locate the closest one to your fuse box and look on label for "fan"
Straight up from the hood release is the "low power" fuse box. A latch cover hides/protect the fuses.
There's also a "high power" fuse box behind the battery, also with a latch cover to protect it. These fuses are of a much higher rating/amperage than the "low power" fuses.
You might need to get an owners manual as it spells out what each fuse does in detail.
you may have blown an internal fuse on the radio. sometimes radios have an inline fuse on the red wire, located behind the radio. You must remove it to discover this problem though.
it is normally in the lid of the fuse box and in your owners manual but a dealership can also print you out one also you can get a 12 volt tester and locate the blown fuse that way
