did you change the filter,(it may be plugged) doese it have fuel...is the new pump alligned in the right direction(pumping fuel to the engine/pumping fuel to the tank)

You have have to remove the tank itself to do it, or there maybe a access panel inside the car underneath the carpet.

remove the rear seat bottom cushion , and remove the fuel tank access cover , remove gas cap to relieve any pressure , remove ground strap and fuel lines from the filter , remove filter ,, to reinstall reverse procedure . cheers.
