Well just got back from Peugeot with my 607 and they have supposed to upgrade my software and I asked the to reset my ECU at the same time because I have had a lot of trouble with the DPF and its now had a new one fitted. to cut alon story short I cant get rid of four codes stuck on the ecu memory. The fitter says they cant clear it and should get a new ECU. However the car is running as good as the first time I got it. I cant see why they cant clear these codes or are they just trying to get more money out of me. please can some one help and pu my mind at rest. Thanks Andy

DTC 2195 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean Bank 1 Sensor 1
A HEGO sensor indicating lean at the end of a test is trying to
correct for an over-rich condition. The test fails when the fuel control
system no longer detects switching for a calibrated amount of time. Electrical:
Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S
Water in harness connector
Open/Shorted HO2S circuit
Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
Damaged HO2S
Damaged PCM
Fuel System:
Excessive fuel pressure
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
Leaking fuel pressure regulator
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
Vapor recovery system
Induction System:
Air leaks after the MAF
Vacuum Leaks
PCV system
Improperly seated engine oil dipstick
EGR System:
Leaking gasket
Stuck EGR valve
Leaking diaphragm or EVR
Base Engine:
Oil overfill
Cam timing
Cylinder compression
Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2S(s)
DTC 2197 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean Bank 2 Sensor 1

These
codes mean you have lean codes on both sides of the engine most likely
caused by a vacuum leak. If it is a large leak you will hear a hissing
noise while idleing. To find small vacuum leaks while running spray carb
cleaner around the intake and all the vacuum lines attached to the
intake the full length of the hoses. A vacuum leak can start any where
after the MAF to the cylinders.
SUMMARY:
The sensor is switching trying to calibrate for either a vacume leak or
fuel preasure. There is a possibility that you might have a bad senser
but I would check all of your vacume hoses for leaks also check the PCV hose for deterioration or if the hose is collapsing.
I'll believe that there might be a PCM programming
update for this concern. This article is intended to aid in diagnosing DTC's P0171, P0174, P1130, P1131, P1150, P1151, P2195, or P2197 (system lean or lack of HEGO switches) when a vacuum leak is present. HEGO sensors, MAF sensors, and PCM replacements are not an effective repair when a vacuum leak is causing the above DTC's.
Check this TSB 04-17-4 about MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) ILLUMINATED-SYSTEM LEAN DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTC'S)-SERVICE TIPS in THIS LINK.
These are tsbs from Ford. You more than likely have an update for you
pcm that only a ford dealer can do. There is a chance that just the
update could fix the concern. Thats only if you dont have any vacume
leaks or a damaged sensor.
Check here another procedure to check DTC 2195 as reference guide.
Keep us updated.
