The low pressure fitting for your AC is located between the compressor and the acumulator. The low side will have a blue cap, the high side will have a red cap.

If your Stratus has a filter external to the tank, it likely is mounted near the tank possibly on a bracket.
Otherwise, it is located inside the tank attached to the pump and should be good for the life of the pump.

It should be within the water outlet located at the bottom of the top radiator hose.
