Code 707 is for an open transmission select switch, and code 708 is for the same switch shorted to ground.
I would test the switch and check the connection.

SOURCE: what does code 1-p0650 mean?

P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit Malfunction

Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) is located on the instrument panel. When the ignition switch is turned ON without engine running, MIL will light up. This is a bulb check. When the engine is started, MIL should go off. If MIL remains on, the on board diagnostic system has detected an engine system malfunction.

Possible Causes:

  • Harness or connectors (MIL circuit is open or shorted.)
  • MIL bulb may be faulty

SOURCE: change hyundai accent 2001 front brake pads

Once the car is jacked up, remove the front tires, then whith a 12 wrench key, remove the bolt that is located on the rear side of the caliper, not the one holding the brake fluid line buth the one right next to it. Pry the brake pad holder off and then remove the brake pads themselves. You will need to press the caliper's piston in, to be able to fit new brake pads since new pads will be thicker.

When ever I am driving down the road and I accelerate, my check engine light starts flashing. Why?I have a 2001 hyundai accent, 1.5L engine 5 speed. It flashes for about 10 seconds and then stops.

it means you are doing irrepairable damage to the catalytic converter, you should take your car and have the trouble codes retrieved, sounds like you need an Oxygen sensor

    Error code p1403

p1403 is a problem with the DTML sensor ... thats associated with the charcoal canister ... that is often caused by putting too much gas in the tank (overfilling) ... gas gets into the charcoal canister and contaminates it .. you could also have a bad sensor .. there are two .. one on the throttle body the other on the engine .. sometimes the wiring going to these sensors gets corroded or damaged .. contamination in the canister may clear itself in time if you avoid overfilling ..

I have a2000 hyundai elantra with a 2.0 L engine trouble code, po707 comes up and I have lost my code book can you tell me what it is it says trans range sensor circuit low input thank you...

It means that either the transmission range sensor needs to be replaced, or that the power to the sensor has been compromised, meaning that you need to find if there is a broken wire running to the switch
