Generally speaking, there is no fix. Leather was once a living material, and over time it dries out. There are some over the counter products to bring back the "life" of the material by replacing the oils lost, much like hand lotion for humans. But once the surface has cracked open, there isn't much you can do for it.
You can check with a local upholstery shop to see if they can fill in the cracks.

How to Clean Auto Leather

I use Griot's Garage leather care products and have been very pleased with the results. Thy have a leather care spray that will clean light dirt, but very dirty leather may require an interior cleaner that is PH blanced so it does not dry the leather out. Then after the leather is clean, allow it to warm in the sun and apply leather care, leather 3 in 1 or leather rejuvenator, all excellent products, that will sink into the leather and keep it supple and prevent cracking. I would not use shoe cleaner as that leather is dyed differently and may be too harsh for fine leather as is used on vehicle seats. Also keep in mind that in most vehicles, only the leather "seating surfaces" are actually leather, the rest is matching vinyl so be sure to test anything you use on a non-visible spot first.

As for repairs, there are kits available to repair holes and rips. Many are simple and require a small patch behind the leather and the placing of a color matched "goo" on top of the patch and pressing of a grained paper over the goo to resemble the leather graining, so it looks similar when dried.

Best of luck.

What is the best product for revitalising soft leather upholstery on a Bentley Turbo R?

Hi Tim

I trust you are well

I would suggest using Dubin it is an all round leaher protection just make sure once you have applied it and let it dry that you polish it to make sure it does not mark your clothes alternatively you can buy a "leather Food" product. Try speaking to someone who rides horses they normally have leaher care products that they use on their saddles and leather products.

Hope this helps

kind regards

How do i repair seats upholstery in 2008 Chrysler convertible

once leather has cracked there really is no fix other than replacement. You can soften the leather back up by rubbing a nurishing leather conditioner into the seats. But if you are picky about how it looks it will need a trip to the upholsterer.

Power seat does not retain adjustment

This is always a fun thing to fix. I have fixed a many of them, nothing like sitting in seat and over a couple days the next thing you know the seat is laying on the back seat. ok the fix is to get another one.......Not really, but if you have no patience and no tools then you will need to buy another one from a junk yard or a recycler as they like to be called. Anyways unplug seat from all connections and take seat out of car. use plyers and pull out the hog staples out of the leather in the crack of the eat and pull the seat leather cover back. you will find a worm gear that when controls are pressed it turns and pulls the back of the seat up and lays it down. well the cable is stretched. SO you will need to take the end off and take a small cut off tool and take a 1/4 inch off it and reatach the cable back and make sure it holds it tight and then it will work. always try seat by plugging it all back up before reataching seat back into car. if works and u have it ajusted then u need to taek hog staples and reatach the leather back the way it was, Might have to go buy the special tool and smae new hog clips from a shop that does cloth or leather. tool is like $ 20.00 and new clips are like $8.00 a box. Good luck. It does save $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Seats (grey/leather) -1995 900 Turbo SE

Neoprene two tone seat covers are available at State of Nine but are pricey. You can spend about $250 and perform a DIY leather repair and dye job to the entire interior. Here is what I did, using leather cream crack filler and auto leather dye. It lasts about three years and then requires touching up.
