Lt headlight wont work in low beam

After changing my sparkplugs my left (driverside) headlight will not work. the blinker works and the fog light works. and everything works in high beam mode. the only thing i can think of was the spark plug but it isn't burnt out.

Could be bad bulb or while you were changing plug wires you disturbed the headlight wiring.check grounds, try moving the head light wires around to see if bad connection.if pass sides working it shouldnt be fuse or switches.

No power to right side (PS) headlight low beam plug socket, new bulb, fuse is good. High beam works, blinker works, park light works. just no low beam and doesn't register any voltage on volt meter.

check low beam fuse when switched on if it has voltage registering across the fuse ,if there is voltage across the low beam RHS fuse then it is possibly a pinched wire from the headlight running back towards inside of the car

My low beams work on my headlights but my High beams wont come on

Take a look at this link regarding DRL system. I know it's not exact truck but most of it would apply to yours too. It should give you hints on what to test & how.

High beams wont turn on.

First place to start is with headlight switch. I did have a case many years ago when both high beams were blown out at once, but this is rare. When you have the headlight switch out, jump power from te low beams to the high beam contacts. If high beams come on, replace switch.
