Its the factory LED tail light. The light does come on with the headlights but works when you step on the brakes. Thanks

No it wouldn't be a fuse because it's partially still working,LEDs are wired in series so it could be one LED is burnt out or the current limiting resistor has opened for that section.Repairing it would be fairly simple but will require a multimeter preferably with a diode tester and a soldering iron.If you're not familiar with using a multimeter and testing electronic circuits I would say let a professional repair it or replace the whole unit.Comment back and I will give you the test procedures if you fell confident in making the repair.

its probably a bad alternator check it and make sure its workin right if its not that then it could be the voltage regulator do the blinkers come on but not blink

check blown body and / or lighter fuses 20A

Check the fuse first, then check the Actuator by your brake peddle to see if it's needs to be adjusted or replaced. Good luck

sounds like you have a bad brkae light switch, which is located on the brake pedal assembly. a bad switch will not let you shift out of park and you will not have any brake lights as the car does not recognize that the pedal is being pushed and brakes engaged. easy to replace switch if you are handy, if not this is a inexpensive repair at any mechanic. hope this was helpful is so please rate 4 thumbs.
