My 01 chevy venture blend door acuator is not working. Is there a way to manually change it when the summer gets here? The ac worked just fine this last summer but I had no heat. The shop manually changed...

Your blend door in the Venture is on the driver side of the van, under the dash just above your right knee at the side of your plenum. You will see a white arm that will move to adjust the blend door. The blend door actuator sits on top of the plenum held down with 3 screws. If you did not want to diagnose the problem you could just wire it in place for summer or winter. Personally I would try and diagnose the problem. Hope this helps.

Ned to know where the blend door actuator for the front of the vehicle is located in my 2004 chevy venture

i think it is on the air distribution box and alot of times you have to take it out to take the actuator off which requires removal of the dash

2004 chevy venture only gets hot air in front, rear a/c works great...is the front dampers stuck? How do I fix that?

No real solution...needs a blend door actuator, which is VERY expensive because it requires the removal of the dash board. (about 10to 12 hours labor alone)
