I looked up the code in the Haynes Repair Manual due to having the same car this is what it says for your code-P0720 Low Output SPD sensor RPM, Above 15 MPH. The relationship between the Output Shaft Speed Sensor and vehicle speed is not within acceptable limits.

Sounds like the problem is with the battery, probably bad connections with the cables. Clean the cables and posts. If this does not do it, you probably need a new battery. Other possibilities are bad starter brushes or a bad starter solenoid.

It has an electical problem. You need to take it to the dealership if you want it diagnosed correctly. It will need to be in limp in, and don't turn the car off as this is clearing the code out of the computer. Leave it running, tell the service advisor your situation and not to turn it off till someone can hook the scan tool to it. This will give them the cause of limp in, and should be able to be resolved after.
