Remove anit-theft system

I know its the anit theft system because i hav had this car for a little more than 5 years and I never even knew it had an anti theft system until yesterday i changed the radiador fan and I tried opening the car and it started to honk on its own and it just didnt want to turn on anymore, so i refered to the owners manual and i read thet when the alarm is active the starter motor shuts off.. It is integrated into the cars electrical system and is not removable, The dealer is the only one that can fix this, you provided no info about the problem that would lead me to give u any kind of answer to even begin to figure the issue out, unless you have great skill in electronics and allot of basic test equip and a factory wiring diagram you are wasting your time trying to fix it yourself.
