Cooling systems do not have a wiring diagram.

the radiator cap is on the coolant reservoir.

Thermostat - 3.0L (2V) Removal and Installation

1. Partially drain the engine cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
2. Remove the three thermostat housing bolts. Fig. 25: Removing Thermostat Housing Bolts

3. Remove the thermostat O-ring seal.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Thermostat - 3.0L (4V) Removal and Installation

1. Raise and support vehicle. For additional information, refer to JACKING & HOISTING .
2. Remove the front splash shield. For additional information, refer to FRONT END BODY PANELS .
3. Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .

5. Lower the vehicle.

9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Not exactly sure what all you were looking for as far as "diagram" but here's some pictures for you. This is for the 3.0 liter engine. Wasn't sure which engine you had so I went with the most common one. Hope this is what you needed.

if you cannot locate it then i have no idea from afar so cannot advise but i would respectfully advise that ask a local mechanic to have a look for you then post what he says

The A/C system maybe low on freon. I would have the A/C system checked.
