try autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you

hi i am not 100% sure but i think it is the P11 144 gearbox its used with the almera qg15de engine. i think it is also used in a primera and almera tino of the same years.

Based upon your limited information:

You need to talk to a Nissan mechanic, none of that sounds as if it's working as it should.

If the transmission is good and properly connected there are still some transmissions that require "adaptation" before they will work properly. Others require that the component be matched to the vehicle by VIN association before it will work properly.

Our Nissan Almera 2005 1.6, there is a chaffing noise coming from the gearbox, it goes away when you use the clutch, and in freewheel. all gears change ok.

How get to P0755 fault Jaguar shift solenoid .
that fault code relates to a internal component failure inside the gearbox, or a wiring problem from the powertrain controle module to the gearbox, it all depends on the gearbox that is fitted. if the gearbox has a plastic sump pan the controle module is part of the gearbox, the shift solenoid moves a valve inside the gearbox to direct fluid pressure to the relevant servos to control gearchanges e.t.c.does the car still drive?

Nissan almera:noise occuring when i drive and steer left
this is mpst definatly the gearbox differential bearings. what happends is the engine mounting goes and causes the gearbox to drop down causing excessive wear on the bearings. new gearbox im afraid
