Car chugging when stopped. I have replaced tps but doesn't fix. Stops chugging when tps is removed.

The TPS is used by the vehicles ECM for power enrichment,and idle stability when you remoce the sensor connector the ECM uses a substitute value so you can drive the vehicle. So the TPS is not the problem here You are basically suffering from a vehicle lean condition or false air. Removing the TPS connection only enrichen the car.Trouble shoot the MAF (mass air flow ) this is the one that houses the air filter check the boot going to the intake manifold make sure its not cracked or leaking air giving false air. car chugging when stopped. is it turning over fast. If trying to start,chugging then would possibly have code stored in PCM, sounds like TPS, IAC or MAF sensor. It can be hard diagnosing without scanning to get a starting point to start at.

Have a 2000 chevy cavelier. 2.4. rough idle when warmed up, chugging at stops and then stalls. but when gets up to speed is fine. i changed coilpacks, 02 sensor..and nothing.

2006 mazda 6 bucking when accelerating

Hi you need to have a diagnosis on why the engine light was on in the first place. By disconnecting the power source to the onboard computers on connection they have probably come up with a mismatch due to something being outside it's set tolerance. The reason it stops when clutch is depressed is you are removing the load from the engine. A fault code reader needs to be plugged into your vehicle, hopefully the codes will still be there as sometimes they might be removed when power is disconnected. Good luck

From easiest to hardest on fixing would be to use fuel cleaner, if that doesn't work then you need to change the fuel filter, if that doesn't work then you need to check your injectors, if it still isn't fixed then you need to pull and clean (and possibly replace) your spark plugs.

it is possible
check/replace bit also check the air gap to the rotor and check wiring and that the sensor is tight

Try removing the heater blower relay and see if that stops it, if it doesn't replace the relay.

When my car heats completely up it starts to chug replaced the coil pack now im being told it is the egr valve is it that or am i waisting my money

until you have the fault codes read , any advice will be costing you money

Parking brake lever doesn't lock into position? The handle is free moving, parking brake works stops car when applied?

The locking mechanism is broken, you probably know this already. You will have to replace the whole unit to fix it. This involves removing the console. Let me know if you want help

try blowing out all the fule lines and changing the fule filters the lines may be blocked up also check the fule tank vent if this is blocked the pump cant **** fule from it
